Order Cancellation:

• Customers can request order cancellation within 24–48 hours of placing the order.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted through the cancellation form on the website.

• Once the cancellation is confirmed, the order will be canceled with the third-party vendor.

Product Return:

• Customers can request product returns within 5 days of delivery.

• The product must be returned in original condition and packaging.

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid by the customer within the specified time. Online payment is not available on this website. Customers can pay the delivery boy directly at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery or UPI transfer).

Refund Policy

• Customers are entitled to returns or refunds as per the applicable return policy.

• For COD orders, the refund will be processed to the bank/UPI details provided at the time of return within 2–5 working days.

• If payment was made via UPI, the refund will be credited to the same UPI ID used for payment.

All products are sourced and delivered through trusted third-party vendors & logistics partners. We are only an authorized seller. The website is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues caused during shipping or after delivery.

Complaints

Customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery for any complaints or issues.
